She graduated from Thomas Edison State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and brings more than 15 years of administrative experience, including over 6 years in Executive Assistant roles. Throughout her career, Allison has worked in executive support, operations, communications, and administration. She is passionate about streamlining processes, simplifying workflows, and creating clear communication that helps teams work more effectively. Allison enjoys identifying areas of friction and finding practical ways to make things simpler and better.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys cooking healthy meals, photography, reading, writing, traveling to scenic places, and spending time with friends—usually with a dark roast coffee nearby. She also loves learning about personality types and is a Certified MBTI Practitioner, a certification she pursued simply because she found the subject fascinating.
