We retain records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist you with your financial needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines. In order to guard your non-public personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with our professional standards. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure SocketsLayer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, SSN, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the Internet.
Refund Policy

Outsourcing
All services are provided by our staff in our office. Donovan does not outsource any service that we provide. None of your tax returns are prepared by outside individuals or firms (foreign or domestic). Donovan does not outsource any physical and electronic data storage. All files, with the exception of periodic electronic backup files, are maintained on site at our office.
