BIOGRAPHY
Shish joined the firm in 2022.
He works with the Partner Group to enhance the firm’s People Strategy, provide leadership in the firm’s People Operations, improve internal performance and commitment, and help Donovan clients achieve similar success in their own human resource management.
Shish is passionate about people. He firmly believes that the most important resource an organization has are the individuals that make up the establishment. Shish desires to help leaders unlock the full potentials of their workforce.
Prior to joining Donovan, Shish served in a Client Services role for a local Professional Employer Organization (PEO).
Shish graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
Outside of work, Shish loves to travel with his wife, play board games with friends, and make new friends through playing basketball. Occasionally, he enjoys escaping to a local coffee shop to enjoy a good book.
