Jeff Curiel

Jeff Curiel joined Donovan CPAs as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Finance from Purdue University, bringing almost 20 years of combined experience in public accounting and the private sector. Jeff’s recent roles include serving as CFO & COO for the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP), where he led strategic financial operations, Human Resources, Technology, and Administration for seven years. His career journey began in public accounting with regional and mid-sized local CPA firms, providing him with a solid foundation in both technical expertise and client service.

Jeff is deeply passionate about supporting the growth of people and businesses. He believes in fostering a culture that encourages individuals to challenge themselves and others, enabling them to serve clients and communities in impactful ways. Jeff finds fulfillment in creating environments where team members feel empowered to perform their best. In 2023, Jeff was honored as IBJ’s CFO of the Year, a recognition of his excellence and impact in the field.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring new places, attending concerts, and spending time outdoors with his two children. Conversational in Spanish, Jeff is actively involved in the community, serving on the Indy Chamber’s Hispanic Business Council and the Finance Committee of AYS, Inc
