Erin Essenberg

Erin graduated from Hope College in Holland, Michigan. Prior to joining the Donovan team in 2019, she has over six years of experience in public accounting at both small and mid-sized firms.

Erin greatly values people, especially developing relationships with her team and clientele. She has experience with audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedures. Her clientele has been in a variety of industries, including non-profits, for-profits, and employee benefit plans. She is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and the American Institute of Public Accountants. Erin is currently the treasurer of her neighborhood association.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, especially experiencing the outdoors.  They currently reside in Michigan to be closer to extended family and enjoy the lakeshore. Erin loves coffee, podcasts, reading, workout classes, and the beach.
